Fixed, in a somewhat forceful fashion, bugs where (button:) links (plus a lot of other block elements) would be forced into inline flow during some transitions, due to <tw-transition-container> being given 'display:inline-block'.
This COULD cause some issues with some other transitioning elements (not to mention custom story structures), but it seems to be working as intended at present.
       * Fixed the border of (input-box:) elements, such that (border:) can alter it correctly.
       * Made it so that various 3.2.0 commands that should not have changers attached will now correctly error when that happens.
       * Fixed the sizing of "button" links in (dialog:) dialogs.

Added (button:), a styling changer for links, as well as added an optional "unavailable" text string argument to (link-storylet:).
Having a drop-in styling option for links that makes them more closely resemble other contemporary IF engines' links has been something I've gradually accepted as desirable. That being said, getting this working with every kind of "link" in this engine has forced me to use a CSS class name (a namespace I'm loathe to use unnecessarily).
I feel a bit more positive about (link-storylet:) now that the optional argument and the aformentioned changer are available.
Also fixed a bug where (align:) would override (box:)'s width with its max-width.

Added column headers to the Debug Mode table panels, and added "Urgency" and "Exclusivity" columns to the Storylet panel.
       * Altered the pseudo-element CSS for (click:), (mouseover:) and (mouseout:) to work correctly with the (box:) macro.
       * Markup that's inside the verbatim markup will no longer be syntax-highlighted as if it was outside it.
       * Fixed a few documentation mistakes.

Added (collapse:), a changer that applies the collapsing whitespace markup's effect to a hook. · 84c2fc25b243
      Leon Arnott authored
This surprisingly non-trivial macro addition also brought some minor reorgnisation of the code. Now, dialog.js has become renderutils.js, which now houses the collapsing markup tools formerly present in section.js, as well as the text node selection tools formerly present in hookset.js. Also, selectors.js has been removed, due to it being very inconsistently used throughout the codebase.
      Also fixed some documentation lines.

Added a "preview pane full screen" strip to the documentation, and fixed various examples in the documentation to run adequately in the preview pane.
       * "?hook's chars" no longer selects whitespace characters.
       * Tweaked the CSS for (mouseover:) and (mouseout:) enchantments yet again.
       * (hook:) now gives an error if it's given an empty string.

       * The CodeMirror mode syntax highlighting CSS is now pre-compiled instead of computed at runtime. Moreover, the dark mode colours are 50% brighter.
       * Fixed a bug with (hover-style:) where it couldn't override links' :hover styles.
       * Fixed a bug with consecutive line breaks, which now no longer display as the wrong height during passage transitions.

Added (more:), a macro loosely inspired by the Ink language's "gather" structure. · 9442f8ca46ad
      Leon Arnott authored
This will defer running the hook until no other "revealing" elements (links, (mouseover:) or (mouseout:) elements) remain in the passage, whereupon it will run and display even "more" prose. Its main purpose is to be used alongside (link:), as a shortcut for putting (show:) inside it.
Also, using (enchant:) to enchant the (text-colour:) of ?Page or ?Passage will no longer override the text-colour of links - only by enchanting the enclosing hooks, or the ?Link hook, can change their non-hover colour.

Removed (click-page:), incorporating its functionality into (click: ?Page). · a96854602b57
      Leon Arnott authored
Now, including the ?Page, ?Passage or ?Sidebar in a (click:) enchantment's targets will, instead of turning its entire text into a link, border the page and wait for a click anywhere in it, like the (click-page:) macro provided.
You may observe that this "border-link" feature would be desirable for plain hooks. I'll have to see what I can do.

Multiple changer values can now be attached to single hooks. · 62c22c75a723
      Leon Arnott authored
This means that, for instance, "(text-style:'bold')(align:'==>')$robotFont[Text]" acts like attaching the concatenation of each of those changers to the [Text] hook, saving the need to (set:) them together into a variable.
Changers will attempt to chain up to immediately succeeding expressions, adding their values together. If the result is an error, then the chain stops there and then. If the chain never reaches an anonymous hook, then the existing error for unattached changers is used.
The intervening whitespace between the changers' expressions is, of course, deleted.
      Closes #2.
Also fixed a bug with the CSS in the previous commit, and removed the prevTextNode() and nextTextNode() jQuery extensions.

      Reorganised the SCSS a bit. · c611ec7573f4

       * Renamed style.scss to main.scss, and reorganised the selectors in order of the Twine element hierarchy.
       * Also, I've given all elements box-sizing:border-box and position:relative by default, as these are more desirable alternatives to their defaults for general styling.
       * Moved the link and enchantment styles to a new file, links.scss.
       * Changed the brace style in the other files.
       * Gruntfile: reordered the tasks so that the heaviest task (requirejs) is now last.
