Difference in behavior with (live:) macros replacing hooks

Hi,

Here is a slightly better documentation of an issue I was experiencing earlier. The following two .htmls are the same code compiled in 3.2.3 and 3.3.0, but with different results. The (live:) macro in the 3.3.0 doesn't appear to fire, if it was sitting within a replaced hook.

Is this expected behavior or a bug? Ok either way, I will just have to refactor a lot of code in my current project to adjust for the new behavior, if it is expected.

test_3.2.3.html - says "Hello again!" after 1 second

test_3.3.0.html - 1 second live macro does not fire
