Exclude (http:...) and (https:...) from being considered invalid macros

This would allow one to put URLs in brackets in passage text (such as credits or end-matter) without them causing an error. Or, if this special case seems too onerous, make them special macros that produce external links.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
