    • Bump Mercurial to 5.2 · 1557693be75
In Mercurial 5.2, the single-head-per-branch feature ignores
closed head by default, but we still need a patch to make
      it easily overridable.

This requires Heptapod's hg-git to include the changes for
hg 5.2 compatibility (merge with hg-git upstream at 0.8.13)

    • install_heptapod: fixup init of Rails repo on precise revision · bfdf01131a6
We needed to pass the revision from update_rails(), and more
important, it's best to avoid pulling only the `heptapod` branch
because that can get in the way of initializing on a topic.

For GitLab version bumps, it's really a pain to update after init
done on the previous version, because an unversioned file might
have become versioned, and of course the new version of that file
has chances to be different, making the whole process abort.
