In the heptapod branch we'll be based onto v13.10.0-rc41.
There was already a pipeline in forced extended mode, the one for this MR will check
- Gitaly image for workhorse builds
- locks breaking logic
This instance was upgraded to Heptapod 17.6.0rc1 today
