Mercurial specific commit variables in the CI

Georges Racinet requested to merge topic/heptapod/ci-variables-hg into branch/heptapod

This is the counterpart for the future Heptapod 0.15.0 of work already released in Heptpapod 0.14.2.

But in the heptapod branch, it has RSpec tests and is checked by the CI.
