Bitbucket import: missing issue author information
GitLab's Bitbucket import tries and include the original Bitbucket author name of the issue in the description.
Note: this is not to be confused with actually finding a GitLab user matching that author and creating the issue with that user (a possibility also mentioned in the docs, but seemingly tied to the two accounts being actually linked through the SSO connection.
What it should do is include "Created by: gracinet". What it does in Heptapod 0.6.1 is "Created by: ", and with the backport of !32, that turns to "Created by: Anonymous".
Here's the relevant code extract, taken from !32:
```
def author
raw.dig('reporter', 'username')
end
```
After analysis, it seems that the `reporter` thing of this `raw` does not have a `username`, but a `nickname` and a `displayname`.
Will need to dig a bit further to see if that's a difference in Bitbucket API between Hg and Git repos or something similar.
