"Load modules after crash ON" not working with active USB connection

Confirmed for 650D with latest 4k_crop_rec build.

This affects users running a cam with unsupervised setup while connected to USB.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Using external power supply
  • Debug tab -> Modules Debug -> Load modules after crash ON
  • Connect USB to USB host
  • Power up camera and verify at least one module is loaded.
  • Pull the plug.
  • Reconnect plug.
  • Check if modules tab is active.
  • If modules tab is not visible after abnormal shutdown issue exists.
  1. Using standard battery
  • (It's kind of awkward and will probably need a lot of retries to reproduce properly)

  • Power up camera and verify at least one module is loaded.

  • Debug tab -> Modules Debug -> Load modules after crash ON

  • Shutdown cam

  • Connect USB to USB host

  • Open battery compartment door

  • Set Power switch ON.

  • Use a small stick (or anything able to hold switch down), find battery door switch and actuate it permanently.

  • Cam will startup. Module tab will be accessible

  • Remove battery.

  • Insert battery.

  • Check Module tab status.

  • If modules tab is not visible after abnormal shutdown issue exists.

Things not tested:

  • Unknown if other cams are affected.
  • Not tested with older builds.
