Rating: use up/down for +/- (tested on 60d & 6d)

This ties "+rating" and new:"-rating" to UP/DOWN keys in play mode, next to the good ol' "+rating" on LV key ... which on 6D is called START/STOP and is inert if lv is disabled. The new rating method only works if zoomed out or it'll scew up navigation around the picture.
