Improvements to LV overlay information

Exposure compensation is displayed: closes issue #1715 (closed) and addresses part of issue #1687 (closed)

Correct shutter speed is displayed in movie mode: addresses part of issue #1741 (closed)

The height of the battery icon is now specified to keep its vertical alignment from changing if the font size shrinks to squeeze more elements on the bar.
