Turn black_fix off by default.

Was already merged in Bitbucket before import, marked as merged by the import user

This doesn't help with development testing of the black-level branch, but apparently no one is really interested in helping to solve the issue. So until such time as the required feedback is obtained, this should hopefully stem the flood of duplicates on the forums.
