500D photo info disp: MLU and HTP position

Created originally on Bitbucket by 600dplus (scrax)

Was already merged in Bitbucket before import, marked as merged by the import user

fixed some consts for 500D and made K and HTP icons visible only if position set (not all camera needs those)
