x-resolution control for MLV Lite

Bitbucket Importer requested to merge bitbucket/merged-pr-768 into branch/new_raw_format

Was already merged in Bitbucket before import, marked as merged by the import user

raw_rec (MLV Lite) added fine control on top of x-resolution presets and display of effective crop factor so it works the same as in mlv_rec.

Note: pull request #767 (closed) reworked and submitted to the new_raw_format branch

To do in a separate pull request for both raw_rec and mlv_rec: @a1ex A .help entry would be nice here, as it's not obvious that one can fine-tune the resolution without opening the pickbox.
