Ability to exclude branches from clone/pull
Hi,
I use hg-git to interact with an internal Gitlab repository where every change must be pushed to a temporary branch before being merged through a merge request. As a consequence, when I clone or pull from this repository, there is a fair chance that I will get at least a couple of those temporary branches along with the useful branches.
It would be nice to have a configuration option to limit the branches that are cloned or pulled. For example:
hggit.tracked_branches = master stable*
would pull the branches master
, stable
, stable-1.0
and stable-1.1
but not the dev branches from individual developers (those could still be pulled manually as needed with hg pull -b dev-foo
).
