Asks for password on the third query

The keyring extension has stopped working and I honestly have no idea why and what has been changed. Maybe this started to happen after an upgrade to the newest TortoiseHg that comes with mercurial 1.9.2?
This is some debug output: {{{ C:\er\projects>hg --debug incoming using http://juniteam/hg/er sending capabilities command Keyring URL: http://juniteam Username found in .hg/hgrc: james Keyring password found. Any ideas?
