1.1.1 crashes explorer.exe like issue 533

Last year, starting in September, TortoiseHg would crash explorer.exe whenever I right-clicked a folder. It would also crash Outlook Express, and FreeCommander's right-click menu would not open when I right-clicked a folder.
Some people were helpful with suggestions, but nobody could find out what was causing the problem. Nobody else had the problem, and when I went up to about version 0.9 the problem went away.
I went up to 1.0.1 without any problems.
I have just gone up to version 1.1.1 (with installer tortoisehg-1.1.1-hg-1.6.1023-x86.msi), and the problem is back.
Last year, Adrian Buehlmann asked me what extensions I had, so when this problem started happening again, I uninstalled THg, restarted the computer and did a right-click of a folder. Here's a screenshot of the context menu ("Without THg installed, explorer context menu.PNG").
Then I uninstalled THg, renamed the folder in Program Files, restarted the computer and installed THg 1.1.1. It said a logout and login might be necessary, so I did that.
Now a right-click of a folder crashes explorer, as in the screenshot "Explorer crash.PNG".
Anyone have any ideas?
