Cloning a repository that contains subrepositories via ssh fails

Created originally on Bitbucket by kotov (Vadim Kotov)

Issue is described here: http://kiln.stackexchange.com/questions/1946/i-cant-clone-a-repository-with-subrepositories-via-ssh.

I have encountered the same problem. It appears only on Windows platform, using ssh to access the repo. The problem is with paths of subrepos.

See error in attached file.
