TortoiseHG is not honouring hook "pre-branch"

Created originally on Bitbucket by Miguel Azocar (Miguel Azócar)

Hello,

I have defined a hook "pre-branch" in the hgrc file of the repository, that not allow to developers to create branches from other branch different to "default".

This works fine when the developers uses the command prompt, but if they uses the commit-gui tool, and uses the option "open a new named branch ", the hook pre-branch is not called, and it is not honouring

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
