Wrong icon overlays after using F5 to update folder view on explorer on the latest CREW

Created originally on Bitbucket by AngelEzquerra (Angel Ezquerra)

On the latest crew build, if you click F5 to update a folder that you are viewing in explorer, suddenly all the icon overlays change and become "gray stop sign" icons. Even the files that are not being tracked by TortoiseHg show this same overlay.

Closing and re-opening the explorer window solves the issue (but is quite annoying to do! :-)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
