Avoid the need to restart the computer after installation

Created originally on Bitbucket by AngelEzquerra (Angel Ezquerra)

I realize that this may be hard due to the way TortoiseHg hooks into the context menu of windows explorer, but it would be very nice if installing TortoiseHg did not require a full system restart.

This is particularly important when installing TortoiseHg on remote servers that can be accessed by other people and thus should not often be restarted. It would also be useful when beta-testing TortoiseHg, which can involve repeated re-installations of the program.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
