Overlay icons not working properly.
Created originally on Bitbucket by nevdelap (Nev Delap)
Having installed tortoisehg and mercurial through apt-get it initially didn't integrate with nautilus, so I logged out and logged in. It kind of started working, but display of the icon overlays was intermittent. Having rebooted the tick icons were displaying reliably, i was going in and out of directories and hitting F5, and they were displaying. Then i looked at my email for a few minutes, went back to play, and the tick overlays were now MIA. After closing the nautilus window and opening another the ticks were back for a few moments of hitting F5 and are no MIA - perhaps it is something to do with switching over to the browser type this and then back to nautilus. Whatever overlay was supposed to overlay a changed file hasn't worked for me at all.
A bit more fiddling and yes, switching away from the nautilus window is causing the icons to disappear. No amount of F5 gets them back, but going down a directory and back up gets them back. Switching to another app and back and refreshing and they are gone again. (Saying they are back I am referring to the green ticks - still nothing on modified files).
Running Ubuntu 9.10 fully updated (Nautilus 2.28.1), TortoiseHg (version 0.9.2+37-eabe6ecff707) with Mercurial-1.4.2+33-1c4ab236ebcb, Python-2.6.4, PyGTK-2.16.0, GTK-2.18.3.
