Menus in nautilus have a random quality.
Created originally on Bitbucket by nevdelap (Nev Delap)
The context menus sometimes display the right thing, sometimes display what might have been right for something else (like a file showing what I guess was the right thing to show for a directory), and sometimes shows only About TortoiseHg.
I haven't found consistency that would help narrow it down. Eg: 3 python files in my repo, one modified, two with green ticks - one with green ticks and the modified one are showing only About TortoiseHg, the other with a green tick shows Edit Ignore Filter, Add Files..., and About.
This however doesn't seem right because the directories' context menus don't give the option of Add Files... but do for example give Create Repository Here... inside the repository! I'm sure I saw a directory showing the three item context menu I described above.
Running Ubuntu 9.10 fully updated (Nautilus 2.28.1), TortoiseHg (version 0.9.2+37-eabe6ecff707) with Mercurial-1.4.2+33-1c4ab236ebcb, Python-2.6.4, PyGTK-2.16.0, GTK-2.18.3.
