The obvious fix seems to be to wrap fileview.py:289 in a try/catch
IndexError, but I feel like that might be masking the problem instead
of fixing it (I don't fully understand the intent of the passed-in
rev).https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/146Workbench displays incorrect changeset description2020-06-21T09:41:36ZBitbucket ImporterWorkbench displays incorrect changeset description*Created originally on Bitbucket by Anonymous*

The changeset list pane shows a description of "?? Error: 00changelog.i@ede60ff9e24e: no node ??" for several changesets in a repo. The correct changeset summary is shown below in the pane above the diff pane. Also, "hg log" shows correct summary, and "hg verify" finds no errors in the repo.

On our large repository (2.6GB, ~11000 changesets) the Workbench takes about 2 minutes to load (using 100% of the CPU on one core).
I've downloaded the source and done some profiling. The time seems to be spent inside those this function (thgrepo.py:408):
{{{
@propertycache
def _branchheads(self):
return [self.changectx(x) for x in self.branchmap()]
}}}
... which is only called once (because of this @propertycache thing I guess, but I'm no Python expert).
Our repository has quite a large number of branches (~130), maybe it is related to this, and then maybe not.
Here's the full profiling log (top 50 functions):

If you open the status dialog from the merge dialog (and I assume that the same would happen if it were open from any other modal dialog), and there is a dirty subrepo, when you select the dirty subrepo you get a link such as "include/subrepo (is a dirty sub-repository) open...". However, clicking on the link does not open the subrepo.

When you double click on the "Description" column title on the workbench the column is not resized to the size of the longest description. Instead it the column becomes very small (perhaps it is being resized to the size of the word "Description"?).
Maybe this is done for performance reasons, but the current behavior is really not useful. It'd be best if double clicking just did nothing at all (bt I'd prefer that it resized the column correctly).

When attempting to perform a cross-branch merge, I'm getting the following error:
"UiSignal.progressSignal[QString, object, QString, QString, object].emit(): argument 3 has unexpected type 'NoneType'
I had immediately previously performed a successful cross-branch merge, so there must be something more specific about the situation that is causing the error.

I just had very unpleasant feeling after some operation. I tried to rename a patch. Apparently there was still some old patch file on disk with the same name (without the patch still existing in series). That made the app go astray. It deleted the whole patch folder! Luckily it was still in the Recycle Bin, so I could recover it. I had to correct the series file, which did not have the name change, while the patchfile did get renamed though.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/162Problem with the latest build2020-06-21T09:42:05ZBitbucket ImporterProblem with the latest build*Created originally on Bitbucket by [radomir (Radomir Simić)](https://bitbucket.org/%7B2ef8c6db-c03f-4db4-ab66-360858de9ccf%7D/)*

When the Source or Destination fields has some items in history (visible in combobox drop-down), it is not possible to choose item from history, but with different case. When the focus leave combobox, updated path is overwritten with one from history.
Example: have following item in combobox history:
ssh://hg@example.com/repo/test
Select it and modify to ('t' -> 'T'):
ssh://hg@example.com/repo/Test
and press Tab key to leave focus from combobox.
You will get:
ssh://hg@example.com/repo/test
