I'm on Arch Linux with a development build of mercurial and a custom package for installing tortoisehg for python 3. Arch is rapidly dropping Python 2 components, and it's getting harder to keep the required Python 2 components around for thg. So I'm running it on Python 3 - it's hitting many issues but I'm just going to report them all and hopefully things will be in shape at some point!
Here's what I get when I run `thg vdiff <some_file>`

The link “Edit on BitBucket” at the top of the page is broken:

There’s an excess `/` between “thg” and “src”.
I searched the source code of the docs but can’t find anything that seems to be realted to those links. I guess it’s a configuration in the ReadTheDocs project?

The binaries for Thg on Mac OS X lag far behind the current version \(e.g. 4.7 vs 5\), and 4.7 via the DMG binary is pretty bad, with window panels that don’t collapse.
I’m exploring building from source, but the docs are out of date, it’s unclear which route to use, the packages are ancient, and it takes a very long time. My team needs a DMG. I’d like to build the DMG itself, but have no idea how to go about that. Is it possible for this to be documented, such that the community can more easily produce DMG files for the latest Thg?https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/5443same problem as always: mercurial 5.1 is out, tortoisehg 5.1 is not. please f...2020-07-04T21:27:53ZBitbucket Importersame problem as always: mercurial 5.1 is out, tortoisehg 5.1 is not. please fix, or remove the hard version requirement.*Created originally on Bitbucket by [Lance Corrimal](https://bitbucket.org/%7B7de3532a-885a-4df5-80e3-69f739addf0d%7D/)*

I installed TortoiseHg on a brand new computer \(running for just a few hours\) using Windows 10. I didn’t install python or mercurial or anything else remotely related to Tortoise before. This could well be a mercurial issue, I’ll try to uninstall TortoiseHg later and install a standalone mercurial binary later, as well as standalone python and continue with some testing. I wanted to run python from TortoiseHg directly and check what Python thinks my locale is, but I’m not sure how I could do that. If I later manage to isolate the issue to standalone mercurial, I’ll open an issue there and post a link.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/5439AttributeError on pressing enter in advanced revision filter query dialog2023-01-06T03:44:44ZBitbucket ImporterAttributeError on pressing enter in advanced revision filter query dialog*Created originally on Bitbucket by Anonymous*

Hi, after updating mercurial \+ tortoisehg i’m having this Error at startup.
I don’t know why it’s python 2 and not python 3 that is loaded.. and how to force load it.
I’m using it on command line for “hg view”
