Hi,
I'm on OSX using v4.6.0.
I had upgraded recently from v4.5.2 and found it frustrating that my log columns (in the window that displays revisions, such as Graph, Rev, Branch, Description, etc) would always be too small.
Furthermore, when I would double click on the window bar, to maximize the window, the columns would auto resize to a small fixed size (let's call it 200 pixels), then I would resize one of the columns manually to lets say 500 pixels, same behavior happened when I would double click, the window would go back to the original state (not maximized) and the 500pixel column would go back to 200px. I have a 4K resolution display.
I found a Resize Columns option in the right click menu, I clicked that and the columns resized to fit on full screen. Problem is that when the window is not full screen, the resize columns command resizes it to full screen and not to window size!
After I clicked the Resize Columns, double clicking the Window bar to maximize/unmaximize the window, the columns would scale properly to window size and I cannot reproduce the initial issue in this bug report where all columns would change to a small width.
Please take a look at how the columns are sized, there seems to be multiple bugs there somewhere.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/5111Detect Copies/Renames Window shows tracked largefiles in unrevisioned files2020-06-21T11:13:17ZBitbucket ImporterDetect Copies/Renames Window shows tracked largefiles in unrevisioned files*Created originally on Bitbucket by [f0ff886f (Matt Rusiniak)](https://bitbucket.org/%7B90787352-695b-4294-943a-f9e29db468f6%7D/)*

In my project that uses largefiles, when I use "Detect Renames" it seems to include a huge list of files in the "unrevisioned files" list. Here is the state of my repository:
![](https://i.imgur.com/UTI4HHQ.png)
Here is the list of unrevisioned files (it looks like every single one is a largefile in the repository, none of them are actually deleted):
![](https://i.imgur.com/oDq1Q2Y.png)
This causes a big slowdown as when I click "Find renames" it searches each file:

Created a new repository in a folder with some files, largefile extension enabled.
Made 1 commit with .hgignore file.
Decided to delete repo and start fresh, in TortoiseHg closed the repo and removed it from registry, then deleted .hg folder and .hglf folder and .hgignore file.
Tried to create a new repo in the same folder, and got a TortoiseHg Error dialog saying:
"Unknown version (2) in revlog 00changelog.i
Try refreshing your repository."
I expected TortoiseHg to create a fresh repo and not complain.

I had a few other repositories cloned from the same account on bitbucket.
So, I went to push some commits and I got this message (see screenshot 1) :

This is already not very clear, however I think I get what it means.
I choose "Yes", and then I get this other prompt of which I can't make any sense:
see screenshot 2.
I'm sure there is a legittimate question to be asked here to the user; however, the only person that can understand this is the developer who wrote it. To the user, this is incomprehensible gibberish.
"Save path": of what? You just asked me whether it was ok to REMOVE something, so now ask me where to save WHAT?
"Alias:" what alias? Alias for what??
This prompt needs to explain better what Tortoise and/or Mercurial is doing here and what they are asking me

In Ubuntu 17.10, running gnome-shell, tested under both X and Wayland.
In the specific case where an existing workbench window is already on top (out of the windows on the monitor it is on), it does not get focus if you run 'thg' when a window on a different monitor has focus.
Steps to reproduce:
Run 'thg' from gnome-terminal in a directory that is a hg repo.
run 'thg' again from gnome-terminal in the same directory, but this time with gnome-terminal on a separate monitor.
Result: the terminal stays focused, instead of thg workbench
Expected: thg workbench should gain focus.
In all other cases (workbench is not on top on the monitor it is on, or is minimised, or is on the same monitor as the terminal running the second 'thg' command), the workbench correctly gains focus.
I have tried to narrow this bug down and suspect tortoisehg, since there are other things it could be. Other apps that focus existing windows when you launch them, such as sublime text, do not exhibit this behaviour on my setup, so I think I have ruled out it being the window manager's fault.
The below minimal PyQt application, if you drag the window to a different monitor and move focus back to the first monitor, successfully can grab focus again using the same series of method calls, ending in `activateWindow()`, as used by tortoisehg (`qtapp.py`, in `_handleNewConnection`). Python 2, 3, PyQt4, PyQt5, same behaviour in all cases. So I think I have ruled it out being Qt's fault, but there must be some difference between how this test case and Tortoisehg are using Qt (even though this part is the same method calls) since there is a difference in behaviour.
This is not the worst bug ever, but I have keyboard shortcuts to launch tortoisehg and it's surprising when that doesn't have the effect of focusing the existing window.

I have just updated THG to 4.5 and am using it on a 64-bit Windows 10. After the update, I can no longer pull from SVN repositories, which worked fine on previous version. Pulling from Hg and Git repos still works fine.
When I pull, I see a long message (see below) that suggests `svnbindings` extension might be stale. However, it seems I am still able to push to the SVN repository.
Is an update of `svnbindings` needed? Where do I find the current version?

I have two keys (dss 2048 and rsa 4096)
hg pull returns `abort: no suitable response from remote hg!` if both keys loaded in pageant.
dss 2048 is obsolete (in Bitbucket) but required for other my projects.
Looks like hg can't properly select valid key from agent.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/5031Allow reordering of shelves2020-06-21T11:11:30ZBitbucket ImporterAllow reordering of shelves*Created originally on Bitbucket by [nlisker (Nir Lisker)](https://bitbucket.org/%7B3106446f-4c63-4048-a3ae-ec59010c1f38%7D/)*

In the Shelve view, the order of the shelves on the right panel should be reorderable. Sorting by name or creation date could be helpful, but at the minimum custom order is useful.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/5026Branch coloring: Allow wildcards in "branchcolors" setting2020-06-21T11:11:25ZBitbucket ImporterBranch coloring: Allow wildcards in "branchcolors" setting*Created originally on Bitbucket by [DerColonel (Nikolaos Gkinos)](https://bitbucket.org/%7B709568af-882c-4f0e-84c9-f6e64c111aee%7D/)*

It would be nice to have simple wildcard support for the "branchcolors" setting in the "[tortoisehg]" section.
I imagine it working like this:
```
#!ini
[tortoisehg]
branchcolors = default:#016450 release/*:#FE8614
```
As a result, "default" should be colored #016450 while "release/17", "release/17.1", "release/17.2" should be colored #FE8614.
Above snippet is just an example. I guess some kind of escaping will be necessary to realize this.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/5023Critical error when click on clone2020-06-21T11:11:22ZBitbucket ImporterCritical error when click on clone*Created originally on Bitbucket by Anonymous*

In every other application out there, creating anything NEW will offer the new thing for immediate editing, which makes for an efficient workflow. Not so in thg...
STR
1. QNew from main view
2. Enter patch name, commit message, press Ctrl+Enter to create the new patch.
3. Watch UI state of main view and patch queue
Actual result
- thg creates the new patch but doesn't select it; instead:
- thg is immediately ready for creating another patch (which is an unlikely action, why would one create more than one empty new patch? I guess we normally create just one, then work on that. Then later, we may start another one again...)
- In terms of UX-feedback, this feels almost like ignoring/discarding user action: I've just typed a patch name into the input box, then after confirming it changes back to some standard name again. I often wondered if I had actually succeeded to create the new patch or not, until I discovered they were created, but not selected!
Expected result
- After creating new patch, please select it both in patch queue and repository list; keep focus where it was before (between queue and list)
- This matches the "New anything" experience in every other app out there: After creating a new thing, it will be immediately available for editing, because, well - that's why we create a new thing, isn't it?
- Auto-selecting the new patch immediately after creation will provide much better UX-feedback and better workflow as user can check and edit what he has just created, rather than being catapulted into creating yet another new patch which is a very unlikely action at this point, and feels like discarding the creation process.
- User can start editing the new patch immediately, i.e. any changes in working directory can easily be saved in the new patch as Qrefresh becomes the new default action (which is the most likely course of action).https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/5005Selecting a patch in repository list should also update selection in the patc...2020-06-21T11:10:58ZBitbucket ImporterSelecting a patch in repository list should also update selection in the patch queue (as it does vice versa)*Created originally on Bitbucket by [thomasdd (Thomas D.)](https://bitbucket.org/%7B8da0c5d2-9d85-454e-8331-a0535f3a8cc6%7D/)*

STR
1. Patch queue shown with 3 patches, A, B, C
2. Click on A, then B, C, in repository list, and watch patch queue
3. For comparison, click on A, then B, C in patch queue, and watch repository list
Actual result
- selecting patches from repository list does NOT update the selection in patch queue (so selection in repository list and patch queue are out of sync)
- selecting patches from patch queue DOES update selection in repository list (so both selections are in sync).
Expected result
- when selecting patches in repository list, pls update the selected index in patch queue list so that both selections are always in sync (as seen when selecting in the patch queue).https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/4999commit: Removed files remain checked and might get re-added by mistake2020-06-21T11:10:48ZBitbucket Importercommit: Removed files remain checked and might get re-added by mistake*Created originally on Bitbucket by [DaveInCaz (David Hollman)](https://bitbucket.org/%7B2dd8bec0-e2b4-43d0-b274-6ee79db66b75%7D/)*

If you do an operation in THG workbench which removes a file, the file then shows up in the commit view with a ? symbol.
But said file also REMAINS checked. This is a bit dangerous, because it would be possible to accidentally re-add the file in the next commit. Particularly if the next commit also included some file additions perhaps, or other confusing circumstances (like the ? files being scrolled off the bottom of the list).
Here's an example scenario:
* Have file `a.txt` in version control
* Have file `b.txt` not yet in version control
* `hg ren a.txt b.txt --after`
* `commit`
* THG will STILL show `a.txt` in the commit view, and it will be checked
