Comparison of an arbitrary version of a renamed file to a local file in 'hg file log viewer' doesn't appear to be working properly. TortoiseHg 2.1.4.
This feature works as expected if the file hasn't been renamed. But if the file has been renamed (ie. not removed/added so the file history is complete/correct), then the comparison to local fails.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/1311WindowsError: [Error 3] The system cannot find the path specified in visdiff....2020-06-21T10:05:52ZBitbucket ImporterWindowsError: [Error 3] The system cannot find the path specified in visdiff.snapshot*Created originally on Bitbucket by [manjabes (Marek P.)](https://bitbucket.org/%7Bbc1ce938-8ed0-4c4d-a44e-b72de5886da9%7D/)*

I think that is good to have the capability to edit .hgignore via UI also when there aren't unversioned files into working directory.
For example: if I have a folder that is under controll and after some time I want to exclude this folder from control, I must:
1. forget the files in the folders and then commit the changes;
2. ignores the folders and then commit the changes.
At this moment with thg 2.1.3 I adopt a little workaround: when I must forget\ignore a folder:
1. add a "trash" file into working directory (with this action I can open ignore window);
2. forgets the files in the folder;
3. and the folder to .hgignore via UI and then commit.
With this workaround I can forget\ignore folder with 1 only commit;
at this moment using thg 2.1.3 I need 2 differents commit to make the same resulthttps://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/1219Shelve removes(!) whitespace-only changes with ignorewsamount=True2020-06-21T10:03:59ZBitbucket ImporterShelve removes(!) whitespace-only changes with ignorewsamount=True*Created originally on Bitbucket by [nikratio (Nikolaus Rath)](https://bitbucket.org/%7Ba58bb4ea-fb83-4e2a-a526-d438f0ff2ea0%7D/)*

Now start thg and try to shelve the changes.
The first problem is that thg doesn't display the indentation change. This is inconvenient, but not necessary a major problem.
However, if you now shelve and unshelve the one change that thg shows, this actually silently removes the whitespace only change in the working copy!https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/1218Do not close revset query dialog on escape2020-06-21T10:03:58ZBitbucket ImporterDo not close revset query dialog on escape*Created originally on Bitbucket by [bels (Stephen Belknap)](https://bitbucket.org/%7B3e8e7e8e-fe62-4032-a93f-8329955ee1ac%7D/)*

When typing in the revset dialog, it sometimes pops up a menu to select a function. Control then passes to that pop-up and you cannot use the left/right arrows to navigate the query itself.
I tried hitting Esc to exit out of the pop-up function selector but it closed the entire window. Esc should close the window if the pop-up is not present. But if it is, then Esc should just close that pop-up and return control to the revset query text area.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/1208Hide the diff window2020-06-21T10:03:48ZBitbucket ImporterHide the diff window*Created originally on Bitbucket by [RobinP](https://bitbucket.org/%7B1a520428-bbba-4925-8d32-3a990998b133%7D/)*

It should be possible to hide the diff window in the workbench. I don't always need to see the diffs, and this can be annoyingly slow with large files. I would propose a button similar to that for the log window (and in the same place) to show/hide it, and also it should open if I double click a file in the list of changed files.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/1197LookupError during visual diff2020-06-21T10:03:35ZBitbucket ImporterLookupError during visual diff*Created originally on Bitbucket by Anonymous*

Since the workbench remembers only one last-saved configuration (on close?), it will not know that say different workbenches had different repositories open (from different groups).

Hi,
It would be extremely nice if the Auto Exclude List in the Commit settings of TortoiseHg would support globs - like *, *.cs, *.xml or whatever the things are that you want to exclude.
My normal usage pattern is that I **always** (or almost always) exclude all files when I want to commit. Then, I specifically checkmark those files that relate to each other, write a comment for those, and perform the commit. When working like this, it's a bit annoying to have to manually uncheck them all first, every single time.
So, that's why this issue would be really nice to have implemented at some point.https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/tortoisehg/thg/-/issues/1035thg file log full changeset description2023-04-14T21:39:41ZBitbucket Importerthg file log full changeset description*Created originally on Bitbucket by [Saulius Gurklys](https://bitbucket.org/%7Babe9390d-4488-4d97-8340-f16558b3e08b%7D/)*
