workbench: slower scrolling / caching in a long repo history by comparision with 2.1.2

Created originally on Bitbucket by Anonymous

in comarison by Version 2.1.2, it seems to be a slower scroll performance (or maybe caching performance for entries, which are not immediately visible) when i scroll down in my revision graph in anew opened workbench. After several (more often then in 2.1.2) up/down scrolling, the scroll performance is good and comparable to previous versions.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
