Issue with Opening WorkBench on my local source code repo

Steps:
- I pulled source code from server 2, Once my local has project code, When I try to open Work Bench by clicking on Hg workbench, I got the following error.
- I know that there may be relevant issue reported before, But nothing fixes my issue. I have Hg version 2.1.2 with mercurial - 1.9.1
