Disable hostname input field for local repos

Created originally on Bitbucket by Jean-Pierre Bergamin

When opening the sync dialog, the default protocol is set to "local", when no paths have been saved so far. The hostname input field should then be disabled by default as well. It is correctly disabled when entering the first character in the hostname input field or when changing the protocol to e.g. "http" and then back to "local".

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
