Ignore dialog doesn't create new .hgignore on Mac
Created originally on Bitbucket by skrysmanski (Sebastian Krysmanski)
I just created a new repository. I didn't contain a ".hgignore" file. Previously (on Windows though) this wasn't a problem. I just right clicked a file I wanted to ignore, and than hit the "Add" button in the "Ignore filter" dialog. TortoiseHg then would create the ".hgignore" file for.
On my new repository, however, (running on Mac OS) this didn't work. The dialog asked me whether I want to create the ".hgignore" file, however it didn't create it when I hit "Yes". So I created the file manually.
Now, when I click the "Add" button in the dialog, simply nothing happens. Almost nothing, as the text in the text field (where I specify the file to be ignored) is reverted back to the file I selected in the "Untracked files" list.
I've attached the ".hgignore" file to this ticket. It doesn't contain much but maybe it helps. (I renamed it so that I can upload it.)
I'm running Mercurial 1.9.1 and tried TortoiseHg v2.2 as well as the latest revision from the default branch.
