Simplify push of new branches
Created originally on Bitbucket by chphilli (Chris Phillips)
We use a "branch-per-feature" strategy, so we create new branches fairly frequently. Almost every time, we attempt the push, see the "abort: push creates new remote branches" message, then go into the Synchronize view and select the --new-branch checkbox and push again.
It would be wonderful if the drop in dialog that shows the abort message had a button for "push with --new-branch".
To be clear, I like the default behavior of not pushing when there's a new branch -- it makes sure the user knows there's a new branch going out. However, adding a button in the message would remove several clicks every time we create a new branch (which can be several times a day in some cases).
(Currently, I almost never need to use TortoiseHg's "Synchronize" view/tab, except for when I push new branches.)
