Unnecessary horizontal scrollbar

Calculation of columns width seems to has some small deviation in Windows 7, so horizontal scrollbar is always displayed. See attached screenshot. I need to enlarge main window width by 3 pixels to hide horizontal scrollbar. The problem is back with next refresh.

Is it intention?
