Select post-pull operation from the drop-down menu besides the Pull button

Currently, TortoiseHg is expecting the user to choose post pull behavior once and for all, or at least change it not very often. The dialog box on the sync page is convenient enough for this scenario.
I, on the other hand, find myself deciding what pust-pull action I want before each pull. 60% of the time, I want update, 30% of the time, I want rebase. As the result, I have my post-pull action set to none, and either do rebase/update manually in the Workbench, or, more often, use command-line for hg pull -u or hg pull --rebase.
I think that allowing the software to find the revision to update to, or select the rebase source and destination is more efficient than hunting down the appropriate node in the DAG. However, the current option dialog approach makes this difficult.
As in the CLI the --update and --rebase are options which are decided upon each time the command is issued, I suggest to mimic this by adding a drop-down menu to the Pull button. This menu should contain the post-pull actions, the one selected in the old dialog being the default (and activated when the button itself is clicked).
This way, the backward compatibility will be kept, and the just-in-time decisions will be supported.
