Exception on QNew with no patch name
Created originally on Bitbucket by waynew (Wayne Werner)
To reproduce:
Enable the patch queue plugin on a repository
Modify a file in the repo
In the drop down, select "QNew"
Remove the patch name
"Accidentally" click QNew instead of the down arrow "V"
An error message pops up saying the name cannot be empty
Click "OK"
