TypeError: pyqtSignal must be bound to a QObject, not 'FileRevModel'

TortoiseHg 2.7.2 on Windows 7 with extension "hgcr-gui-qt" enabled. Bring out the CodeReview dialog by issue command "hg cr", then select a file and click the "History" button. An exception will be thrown like following:
