Scrollable changeset summary

The repositories I use at work use a (common?) pattern where there is a mainline branch with tagged releases, and features and bug fixes live on their own branches. These feature and bug fix branches commonly merge from the mainline when they take longer to complete than the time between tagged point releases.
The result is that it is common for the changeset of a tagged release to have 20 or more child changesets. This eats up most of the vertical space in the window, even when maximized on a 1080p monitor.
While that portion of the window can be collapsed, it would be nicer if it could be shrunk and scrolled, since the first few lines are generally what is of most interest, and collapsing it to the single line hides a bunch of useful information.
