Settings > Commit > Username field does not support Unicode
Created originally on Bitbucket by Fishcode (Fish Code)
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Set+up+Git+and+Mercurial#SetupGitandMercurial-Step3.InstallMercurial to set up my username. So in Settings > Commit > Username field I put in name which contains some Chinese characters and I got the following error message:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'charmap' codec can't encode characters in position 0-2: character maps to <undefined>
So I suppose THg is not yet ready for Unicode in this part.
