obosoleted changeset appears as "Child:" field unexpectedly

When seeing repo which use "obsolete" feature by evolve extension, thg obsoleted changeset appears as "Child:" field in changeset deail area. although obsoleted changeset is not shown in change summary area.
I'm using thg 3.0 on Windows 7 (x64).
The captured screen is attached. You can see "Child: 1 (79359ffae3bb) add line" although rev 1 is not shown in summary.
This repository is made like this:
