Command Error "No closing quotation" on both Update and Revert
Created originally on Bitbucket by TimVargo (Tim Vargo)
First time I've performed either an "Update" or "Revert" command since installing v3.0. I need to retrieve the tip from my local repo. Performed an Update to "tip" with "Discard local changes", received this command error. Repeatable. Same exact error message as below when I perform a "Revert" operation.
My development is now dead-in-the-water until I can retrieve the tip from my local repo, which is why I am marking this as "critical". However, I am new to Mercurial and also to DVCS in general. If this were Subversion I would just blow away my Working Copy and perform a fresh checkout; but I don't know the equivalent in Hg. Is there a similar workaround for me until this bug gets fixed?
Update 19-May-2014: A 3rd party tool had placed three unpaired quotation marks in my mercurial.ini file without my knowledge. I edited the config and it is working now. IMHO, this does remain an unfixed bug in Mercurial however, but not with TortoiseHg.
