Issue created Jan 06, 2015 by Bitbucket Importer@bitbucket_importerOwner

Too easy to accidentally remove a repo (or group) from index by trying to move it to the top

Created originally on Bitbucket by teo8976 (Teo Tei)

Steps to reproduce:

  • on the left panel, drag an item (repository or group) and try to drop it at the very beginning of the list. Example use cases:

    • simply reorder items and move a specific item to the top of the list
    • move an item from inside a group to outside everything
  • now instead of dropping it exactly at the beginning of the list, which requires an inhumane precision, drop it just one millimeter too much to the top, i.e. outside the panel

Expected: either NOTHING should happen, or this should be the same as moving it exactly to the top of the list. If one wants to remove a repo from the registry, there's already the right-click->"remove from registry" option.

Observed: by dropping (accidentally) the item outside the panel, it is removed. Without even asking for confirmation. That's absolutely ridiculous.
