Workbench: Quick navigate to parent/child of the currently selected revision

Created originally on Bitbucket by steve_barnes (Steve Barnes)

At work we have some very complex repositories with many branches - when I am exploring a problem I often need to navigate along a specific branch but while still seeing the other branches, (so filtering on a single branch doesn't help).

On the changeset pane I have discovered that I can expand the header, with the +, and click on the parent or a single child but it would be very handy to be able to use either, or both of, a right click navigate to parent, easy + navigate to selected child more complex if there is a single child just go to it if more than one a popup or pop-out would be needed and/or keyboard short-cuts to do the same things. I would suggest using the left and right arrow keys as being an intuitive option for this as many file explorers use left for navigate to parent and right to navigate into a child when you are on the directory tree view.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
