Impossible to escape asterisk on Workbench console
Created originally on Bitbucket by gstefanik (Gábor Stefanik)
Workbench is overzealous in expanding filename globs entered through the console; it will always try to expand an asterisk as a glob, even where it's inappropriate. Apparently there is no way to escape an asterisk.
E.g. the following doesn't work on the Console, but works perfectly from a regular terminal/command line: hg log -l 1 -r "extra('convert_revision', 're:svn:.*100')"
Even if I add a backslash before the *, I still get a "no matches found" error.
