Add an option to move or not a bookmark when a new branch is being created

Created originally on Bitbucket by andreyh_appmahal (Andrey Hohutkin)

I would like to have an option in "branch operation" popup (or in settings) to choose to move an active bookmark to new branch or not.

We have a "production" bookmark which is a commit for deployment. Our development branches created from default branch which have this "production" bookmark and a new commit grabs it from default to new branch. And it is unlikely to activate a bookmark while new branch is created.

Right now a solution is to create a toolbar shortcut to deactivate a bookmark with a command: "hg bookmark -i". But it is not obvious for user.

Thanks!
