I tested with the Inno and MSI Mercurial installers, and they work fine. I don't see any recent changes to contrib/wix that would indicate how the vanilla Mercurial installer is bundling it. Do we need to duplicate contrib/python-zstandard in the thg repo, and/or the setup.py changes (like 788ea4ac4388)? I would have thought all Mercurial dependencies would get pulled in automatically. I'll have to check the Mac app tomorrow.
