"Bad file descriptor" exception by a error message from extension on starting up

On executing Tortoisehg from command line, exception dialog appears. The expection traceback is here: (using TortoiseHg 4.2.1 on Windows 7 / 64)

This issue is caused by error message of extension like this:
> thg
*** failed to import extension diff_highlight from c:\develop\hg\diff-highlight\src\diff_highlight.py: No module named highlights.pprint
Without using such a extension, thg can start workling.
