High DPI problems on Windows

I'm trying to use TortoiseHG (4.4.2) on a Windows 10 notebook with a 3840x2160 display. In the Windows 10 Display Settings the configuration setting "Change the size of text, apps and other items" is set to 200%. Most applications work quite well with this, except TortoiseHG which only seems to change the size of a random(?) subset of text:
The areas indicated in red contain text that is not scaled and hence appears in an unreadable tiny size on this display. (Compare to the icons and the few other larger text items which appear at a correctly scaled, usable size on this display.)
