Support for showing git commit hashes when hg-git is enabled

When working on git repositories (cloned through hg-git), it may be useful to be able to track the actual commit hashes in git.

hg-git supports this functionality via the gitnode() template.

We could add a functionality that exposes the git hash:

  • in the revpanel, as an additional item that only appears when hg-git is loaded and the repository is a git clone
  • in the log view as an optional "Git commit" column
