workbench usability: auto-pull and refresh graph based on custom timer

give customization option for a frequency to poll for (and pull/refresh) remote repository changes.

reason: when the user selects the "auto-push" feature, you are basically working with a remote "master". so the user must manually pull, and wait for remote changes to sync before attempting to commit/push. allowing an auto-download of remote changes (and refresh) simplifies workflow for users

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
