Commit new branch with unchecked changes causes AssertionError

- Modify a working copy file
- Change the branch name to "Foo"
- Uncheck the changed file (to only commit the creation of the new branch)
- Press "Commit"
- Confirm the creation of a new branch => A dialog is shown with an AssertionError:
