Each few commits after cloning the repository, I get the same error. My changes sometimes commit, but mostly don't, and only the current branch appears, along with my commit message, but without showing the modified files or tree graph.
The following message gets shown:

Running hg verify
returns the following:
checked 2738 changesets with 3678 changes to 449 files 2017 warnings encountered! 7436 integrity errors encountered! (first damaged changeset appears to be 0)
Other times, it was a dirstate
error, but in every case, it's impossible to commit or update without receiving the bug report screen instead. And every time, my work is lost, and has to be re-cloned.
I've performed the steps in https://www.mercurial-scm.org/wiki/RepositoryCorruption#Recovery_using_convert_extension but they never seem to work or do anything useful.
